Accordion Sample DescriptionHI!! I'm Stephanie Neuman and I am the owner/director of Kountry Kids Learning Center, Inc. I was born and raised in Girard, IL. I come from a very close knit family, my parents are John and Jeanette Earley and I have one brother JR who all still reside in Girard. I graduated from Girard High School in May 2000. I received my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in May 2004. After finishing my degree I moved home and accepted a position with Sangamon Area Special Education District (SASED) as an Early Childhood Special Education teacher at New Berlin Elementary and Ball/Chatham Elementary for 4 years. In June 2006 I married my husband, Kris and April 1, 2008 we welcomed our first child into the world, Charles Stephen. When Charlie was 4 weeks old we purchased a former church to open our own quality childcare center. It was a whole new career path for me going from the public school to the private sector. After a very busy and stressful summer, we opened our doors August 18, 2008. May 9, 2010 we added our daughter, Elliana Marie, to our family. In June 2011 I began pursuing my masters' degree, online, in Early Childhood Administration through National- Louis University. I will graduate with masters' degree in December 2012. We are so blessed to have the best staff, students, and families EVER!! I LOVE MY JOB!!! 🙂 In my "spare" time I enjoy coaching high school competitive cheerleading at New Berlin High School, running, shopping, Stampin' It Up, and spending time with my family and friends.
I am a life long native of New Berlin. I graduated from New Berlin High School in 1998 and pursued an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield. I am able to fulfill my lifelong dream by owning and operating KKLC. I love spending time with my wife and 2 children. In addition to being a business owner of KKLC and a father, I am a grain merchandiser for H&B Specialties in Pleasant Plains, and I help on my family's farm in the spring and fall.
My name is Connie Ward; I am the director of Kountry Kids Learning Center in Rushville Illinois. I started my job with Kountry Kids Learning Center in January 2013. I previously owned and operated a home daycare from 1985 to 2005. From 2005 to 2013 I owned and operated a licensed daycare and learning center in Rushville Illinois. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have four children and two grandchildren. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my children, fiancé and friends. I love the kids and staff at Kountry Kids learning Center. I love my job and can’t imagine doing anything else.
I was born and raised in Rushville Illinois, the oldest of five children. After graduating from Rushville High School in 1994. I attended Quincy University. I received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English in 1998. I began working at Building Blocks Daycare in Springfield in 1999. I worked with the two's class and then the infants until 2005 when I began working for Kids N Care Daycare in Rushville. I married Kevin Anderson in June 2008. We welcomed our son, Colin, in January 2010. We reside in Golden, IL.
My name is Kylie Avery I was born and raised in Rushville, IL. I am a 2007 graduate of Rushville-Industry High School I have been employed with country kids learning center since January 2015. I currently live in Littleton with my fiancé Brennen, 2 kids Kaden and Rylee and our 2 dogs Bentley and trigger. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and my kids sporting events, dance, tumbling, tap, baseball and football.
Hi! I'm Beth Beatty and I am the teachers aid in the infant room at Kountry Kids Learning Center. I was born in Macomb IL and was raised in Rushville IL. I come from a very close family. My parents are Rick and Michele Stambaugh and I have one older brother and sister. I graduated from Rushville-Industry High School in May 2008. I am currently taking classes at Spoon River College. My goal is to receive my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. In September 2010 I married my husband Dale Beatty. I like to read books, excercising, and shopping. I love spending time with my husband, family, kids at learning center, and the staff of Kountry Kids Learning Center.
I worked for Kids N Care Daycare and Learning Center since 2008. I am a kid at heart, so playing and teaching the kids is the perfect job for me. I am a single mother of three wonderful children (Conner, Makalee, and Tyson) who are my life.I also enjoy giving my time to teaching the youth at my church.
I am Emily Divan, the teacher in the Pre-K room. I started to work at Kids N Care Daycare in August 2008, and stayed on when it became Kountry Kids Learning Center. Prior to Kids N Care I worked at Heartland Kids in Marion, IL and Building Blocks in Springfield, IL during school breaks 2004-2007. I have always enjoyed being around kids. Coming from a family of 5 kids, my childhood was full of playing with my siblings, their friends, cousins and the neighborhood kids. Through my years in high school I worked in my church's nursery and baysat for may families in Rushville. When Im not at work, I enjoy watching movies, listening to a variety of music and photography. I like drawing, painting and enjoy doing hair. If not careful, Pintrest can take up a lot of my time. I have two cats, Burnetts and Lexie, and a puppy, Chloe. My family is a big part of my life and I love spoiling my niece, Natlee, and nephew Colin.
My name is Kelsi Dupoy. I am the teacher in the pre-k room. When I first started at the center in 2013, I was in the toddler room, I was later moved to the pre-k room and it was a big change but I would not change it for anything. I graduated from Astoria high school in2009. After graduation I moved to Timewell to go to college in Quincy for nursing. I realized that was not that I wanted and changed my field to Early Childhood Education. I really would like to go further and get my bachelors in Early Childhood Education and minor in special ed. I love working with children and look forward to my job every day. Before starting at the center I had worked at St. Mary’s as a fill in and loved it. Once I knew there was an opening at the center I knew I wanted it. I started a few days later and I believe this is the best job!
My name is Cindy Fleetwood. I am the cook at Kountry Kids Learning Center in Rushville, IL. I am married and have 3 daughters –Meagan, Brooke & Kaitlyn and a son- Will. I have 2 grandsons- Domanik & Keaton and 1 granddaughter Alex Hope. My family is my LIFE! Spending time with my family is the most important thing to me! In my spare time, I love watching HGTV and reading Danielle Steele novels. I love my job at the center and enjoy working with the staff!! I love the kids getting excited to see me… because they know when I get there they’ll be eating soon! My name is Shirley Lung. I started working at Kountry Kids Learning Center in August 2014. I am the lead teacher in the Toddler/Two room. I have an Associate’s Degree in Early childhood Education. I have 17 years of experience teaching children in a child care center setting. I live outside Rushville with my husband Matt, 14 year old son Eric and 12 year old daughter Laura.
Hi! I’m Courtney Rhodes and I’m a teacher’s aid at Kountry Kids learning Center. I am attending Western Illinois University to get me Early Childhood teacher’s degree. I love kids! I’ve been around kids my whole life. I’m the oldest of 4 children. My friends have kids and I’m always involved in their life. When I’m not at the learning center, I’m usually at school or the gym or playing with my friend’s baby girl.
My name is Tracy Simpson. I am married and I have 3 great kids. There names are Ashlea, Austin, and Zayden. I graduated from Pittsfiel High School in 1996. We moved to Rushville in 2007, and then I started working at Kids N Care Learning Center in 2010. I enjoy my childrens school sports events, scrapbooking and spending time with my family.
I’m Chris Utter. I live in Rushville with my husband, Bob and our daughter, Emma. After working in our school system, I accepted a position here because I enjoy watching the children change and grow. I love seeing their faces and the sense of pride when they accomplish something new. I enjoy gardening, cooking and working on community service projects. Kids are our future, and I want to share an important role in that.
My name is LeAnn Vincent. I am a wife, a mother of four and am an aide in the infant room at KKLC. I believe my prior experience in the health care field and the blessings of mother hood greatly influenced my desire to work in a daycare setting. I was born and raised in Rushville, IL. I graduated from RHS with a nursing assistant certificate. My career as a CAN firmly established a love of helping people. That love led me to attain a LPN certificate. I have been happily married since 1992. George works for the city of Rushville. He is my best friend and loves me for what I am. We have four children: Mason Lee (’94), Jansen Chalk (’97), Addison Mary (’04), and Emmerson Henry (’07) George’s emotional and financial support enabled me to be a stay at home mom for 17 years. I began working at head start as a teacher’s aide in 2010. I left that position in August 2014 to begin working at KKLC.
